Toni's BA studies in the Science and Values concentration, explored the physical, mental, emotional, social, cultural, psychological, philosophical, and spiritual aspects of optimal living.Her MA deepened the inquiry studying scientific, transpersonal, and ecological perspectives linking body, mind, and spirit across such diverse disciplines as quantum physics and Eastern spirituality.

Embracing Eastern and Western perspectives, Toni has created a large curriculum of classes and written numerous published articles introducing Holistic principles and practices, including: Acupressure Means No Needles, Meditation Made Easy, Take Charge of Your Health Care, Elegant Aging, Moving Ch'i for Wellness, and Jin Shin Jyutsu® for Self-Help.
