An easy Jin Shin Jyutsu® immune booster is to hold safety energy lock 3, which is the area just off the inner edge of the scapula (shoulder blade.) Reach safety energy lock 3 by placing a hand over the shoulder, near the neck, with the fingers facing the back between the shoulder blade and the spine. Hold this position for a few moments, or for as long as comfortable. Repeat with the other shoulder blade.
For a stronger immune boost, hold that area near the shoulder blade with one hand, and with the other hand, make a circle by placing the pad of the thumb over the fingernail of each finger, one by one. Again, hold each for a few moments or minutes.
